Call for Art Entries

We are asking for digital submissions of student products. Submissions can be in Dance, Media Arts, Music, Theater, Visual Art, or any other creative practice.

Requirements and Submission Criteria

Consider selecting and sharing the most dynamic and engaging parts of the performance in an edited video format. 

 

Also consider preparing the “brief description of the work or artist statement” in a separate text 

document, prior to submission, and then cut and paste it into submission form 

 

All submissions will be submitted on through this google form link below:

  • All products must be original or adhere to all copyright or license requirements for arts education.

  • Teachers may submit more than one entry.

    • Submissions must include teacher's name, school site, district, and county.

    • Submissions misy include names of all participating students.

    • Submissions must be accompanied by a signed media release for all participating students. 

    • Work must be titled.

    • Work must be accompanied by a brief description or artist statement.

    • Highlight videos cannot exceed 2 minutes.

    • Teachers must provide a Google Drive link to a downloadable file/video of the performance or product. Links only. No video or mov. files will be accepted.

    • Digital image files only in jpg, png, or pdf.

    • Digital image files should be saved at highest resolution (300 dpi).

    • Items will not be returned and will be displayed in various formats (e.g., onscreen, print)
